Michael
Peek has been helping clients with legal issues for almost 30 years. Mr. Peek began
trying jury trials early in his career, representing plaintiffs and defendants
in personal injury cases throughout the State of Indiana. Gradually, Mr. Peek
began representing business and personal clients in a broad range of legal
issues, not only in court, but also before zoning boards and other
administrative hearings.
As he developed a growing business practice, Mr. Peek
has helped clients find solutions to problems to keep clients out of the
courtroom and, instead, focusing on their businesses. He is a frequent speaker
and lecturer.
Mr. Peek is admitted to practice before all federal and state courts in Indiana
and Florida. Because many of his clients had business and real estate
transactions in Florida, Mr. Peek was admitted to practice in Florida in 2007,
and assists clients in real estate, estate, homeowners associations, and
litigation there.
Mr. Peek has been active in community and civic organizations. He has served as
President of a homeowners association and has served on the board of
neighborhood foundations, not-for-profit foundations, and on the Administrative
Board and Board of Trustees at his church.
Mr. Peek was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of the President
Benjamin Harrison Home in Indianapolis.
Whether your legal issues involve litigation, wills, estates, contracts, or
other legal matters, Mr. Peek and his associates work hard to develop solutions
for you.
